So odd

Two nights ago, it was so hot in the upstairs, shared bedroom of les filles, that I set up and turned onto high, both of our portable fans. The room did not cool down until the next day, mostly as a result of the new, morning temperature - 9 degrees. So, from 30 degrees to 9 in less than 18 hours. That's odd but happens on a more frequent than not frequent level here in Cowtown. This morning, it's jeans, socks, sweaters and raincoats on the last day of summer hols. Kids are going to be dis-a-poin-ted with the lack of sun, swimming and slip-and-sliding before they return to school.
